Designed to provide quality in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities, the Supportive Living Program serves residents of Clark and Floyd Counties and the Sellersburg area.  The Supportive Living Program allows individuals to stay in their communities while receiving health care coordination, transportation and around the clock assistance and support.  This program serves 36 Southern Indiana residents who might otherwise be institutionalized, allowing them to engage in the community and receive life enhancing services.
